  • Arrange insurance for your new property - according to completion dates
  • Is your hot water tank rented? Notify company re: the new purchaser's take over of lease
  • When moving out of town ask a friend or relative to receive your mail for a 3 month period
  • Arrange new telephone service to new home
  • Discontinue oil or gas delivery
  • Cablevision disconnection
  • Hydro disconnection
